A concept that embraces brain differences as normal and valuable variations in humanity. Neurodiversity means conditions like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and others are seen not as defects, but as natural variations of how brains can work. In a neurodiverse classroom, for instance, one student might need to stand and move to think best, another might hyper-focus on details, and another might be great at storytelling — each has unique strengths and challenges. The idea promotes inclusivity: instead of trying to make everyone learn or behave in one “standard” way, we can adapt environments to support different needs. It’s like biodiversity in nature (lots of different plants and animals making a stronger ecosystem), but for the mind: different kinds of thinkers can make a classroom or workplace more creative, resilient, and innovative.
